Along the lines of the family of Barbara (Stone) Garrett Broad, mother of
Frances Garrett who married Nicholas Hale, I found the following in my notes.
Don't know where I found the first one, but it has source for original...

GIFT FROM THOMAS STONE TO BARBARY GARRETT

TO ALL CHRISTIAN PEOPLE TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS:

I, Thomas Stone, for and in consideration of the tender love and affection
which I, Thomas Stone, have to Dennis Garrett, deceased, for and in
consideration of the same love and affection which I have for his children,
lawfully begotten of the body of Barbary Garrett, his wife, and by these
presents do freely give, grant, assign and make over to Barbary Garrett all
that tract of parcel of land purchased by the said Dennis Garrett and the
said Thomas Stone called Long Island Point and whereupon the said Dennis
Garrett lived and enjoyed his life time, together with all buildings,
orchard, fences and all the appurtenances, I do hereby assign over from me
and my heirs, assigns, etc. to the heirs of the said Dennis Garrett (after
the said Barbary deceases) and the assigns forever and by their presence in
testimony whereof I have set my hand and seal this 1st day of March 1693.
