He Moved to: Germany in 1686.⁽¹⁶²⁷⁾ Fled France in the wake of revived Huguenot persecution. He served in the military about 1688 in England.⁽¹⁶²⁸⁾ Apparently a member of William of Orange's Expeditionary Force to England. He Moved to: Wesel, Germany about 1693. He resided at London, England in 1698. He immigrated on Jul 23 1700 to James River VA.⁽¹⁶²⁹⁾ Arrived with two older sons on the Mary and Ann, departing Gravesend, England, on 10 Apr 1700, and arriving at the mouth of the James River in VA on 23 Jul 1700. He died between 1716 and 1719 in Manakintown VA.⁽¹⁶³⁰⁾ He was an Ouvrier en tabac. He was married to Susanne BRIAN on Mar 31 1674/75 in Sedan, Champagne, France.⁽¹⁶³¹⁾

1863. Susanne BRIAN was born about 1662 in Sedan, Champagne, France.⁽¹⁶³²⁾ Prabable birthplace. She immigrated on Jul 13 1700 to Colonial Harbor, James River VA. Susanne, with her sons, Pierre-Louis and Littlebury. arrived on the Peter and Anthony with the second immigrant expedition of refugees led by Claude Philippe de Richebourg. She died on Apr 3 1723 in King William Parish VA.⁽¹⁶³³⁾ She was buried on Apr 4 1723. Katherine James <http://www.uftree/UFT/WebPages/Katherine_James/KEO4/do/i0005726.htm> has her birth as Jan 23, 1651/52 and her death by 1714 in Manakintown VA, from the "Liste Générale de Tous les Français Protestants Réfugiés, Establys Dans la Paroisse du Roy Gyuillaume, Comte d'Henrico en Virginie, y Compris les Femmes, Enfans, Veuses, et Orphelins," estimated to date 1714, Abraham Soblet (the father) was listed by himself. viii. Abraham SOBLET Jr. was born in 1694 in France.⁽¹⁶⁵³⁾ He died before 1720 in Manakintown VA.⁽¹⁶⁵⁴⁾ Probably.
