392. James William Heflin ⁽¹⁾ was born on 6 Dec 1919 in Dickerson, MD. He died on 19 Sep 1988 in Southern Pines, North Carolina. He was a policeman for the Metropolitan Police Force in Washington D.C. He retired in 1971.

He was married to Frances Gertrude Barnhouse in Sep 1938 in Ellicott City, Maryland. James William Heflin and Frances Gertrude Barnhouse had the following children:
