18. Johann Jacob KLEINHANS (13) (14) was born on 10 Oct 1780 in Williams Twp, Northhampton, Pennsylvania. (14) He was buried in 1835 in Belvidere Cem, Belvidere Twp, Warren, New Jersey. He died on 31 Oct 1835 in Belvidere, Warren, New Jersey. BIOGRAPHY
"Johann Jacob Kleinhans, born 10 October 1780 (to George Henry (Henrich) Kleinhans, Sr., and Anna Maria Seiler) in Williams Township. He married Eva Butz at an unknown place and date prior to 1817. He died 31 October 1835 in Belvidere (sic) township, Warren County, New Jersey, and was buried in Belvidere Cemetery. The inventory of his estate was filed in Warren County in 1836. His estate names his widow Eve, and mentions buildings and lots in Belvidere and timber on Scotts Mountain in Oxford Township (Warren County). Jacob Kleinhans was an active buyer and seller of land in Warren County, as demonstrated by his multiple appearances in the Grantor and Grantee indices of the Registrar of Deeds from the county's inception in 1825 until his estate was settled. He also bought and sold land in Oxford township when it was still part of Sussex County and before it became part of Warren County in 1825. the 1830 census found Jacob Kleinhans in Oxford Township, age 40-49, with males age under 5 (1), 5-9 (2), 10-14 (1), and 20-24 (1); females age under 5 (1), 20-24 (1), and 30-39 (1)."

Included in the inventory was a list of nearly 50 persons titled (Notes Bonds & Bank act." The total appraisal of Jacob's estate was $6357.70. The final accounting was sworn on 15 March 1836, Warren County, New Jersey.

He was married to Eva BUTZ (daughter of Johann Heinrich BUTZ and Anna Eva HUFFSCHMIDT) before 1817 in Belvidere, Warren, New Jersey. Eva BUTZ(14) was born on 18 May 1799 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. (14) She died on 23 Mar 1875 in NJ.
