John William Weber at one of his churches in Westmoreland County and Pittsburgh, probably in Westmoreland County. Jacob Fiscus, son of John Fiscus, lived for a while in Venango County, PA, and later in Clarion County, PA. He served in the War of 1812-1814 from Clarion County for a six-month period which took him into Ohio. He was married to Elizabeth UNKNOWN on May 25 1801.⁽⁶²⁴⁾ Jacob Fiscus, born 1784, married Elizabeth (Aaron book) on May 25, 1801 (Win Apel's notes upon visit to the Shannons in August 1996).
