Descendants of Isaac White

These are the descendants of Isaac White who was born in 1755 and Hester Coombs, both of the parish of Nailsea near Bristol. Particular note is given to his great grandson I W H White who was also born in Nailsea in 1851, his wife, Margaret Day and their five daughters: Margaret, Evelyn, Kathleen, Louisa and Florence. Although the sisters all went to live in different parts of England after they married, they remained in constant touch with their mother and each other. This record spans almost 250 years during which many momentous events occurred in England and Europe such as the French Revolution, the Napoleonic Wars, the industrial and agricultural revolutions, the First and Second World Wars and the beginning and end of the Cold War.
