2. EMIL ERNEST JR.3 HUXEL (EMIL ERNEST2, HENRY1) was born August 26, 1922 in Lee's Summitt, Jackson Co., MO. He married ROSEMARY BOTHWELL December 26, 1948 in Pendleton, Oregon.

Notes for EMIL ERNEST JR. HUXEL:
During World War II, he served in the US Marine Corp.. Ernie went into the USMC in 1942 until Jan. 14, 1946. He was Acting Platoon Sargeant with the 1st. Tank Battalion then became a driving instructor. Later he went to the 1st. Marine Division as a Infantryman, where he served in New Guinea, Russell Islands and Okinawa. He was in Okinawa when the war ended. He went to China before coming home. He was in constuction work, he had a body shop for some time.

He married (1) VLEDA GRACE GARRETT July 12, 1945 in Oregon, daughter of CHESTER GARRETT and GRACE VANGAASBEEK. She was born December 03, 1926. He married (2) MARJORIE 1959.
