He was married to Fidelia KENNEDY (daughter of Thomas Hugh KENNEDY and Mariah "Maria" COOK) on 22 Dec 1888 in Washington County, Ohio. Fidelia KENNEDY was born in 1869 in Ohio. She died in 1946. Perley MALE and Fidelia KENNEDY had the following children:

Martha Ann HALE was born on 15 Oct 1876 in Wesley Township, Washington County, Ohio. She died on 22 May 1927. She was buried in Morgan County, Ohio n the Chesterhill Cemetery.
