Arthur Willis TATE Sr. was born on 22 Aug 1906 in Zanesville, Muskingum County, Ohio. He died on 31 Oct 1954 in Zanesville, Muskingum County, Ohio. He belonged to the St. Paul AME Church at Zanesville, Ohio. Elizabeth Maxine BARNETT and Arthur Willis TATE Sr. had the following children:
