She was married to Henry Nimrod DALTON (son of Nimrod DALTON and Mary MALE) on 3 Jan 1861 in Washington County, Ohio. Henry Nimrod DALTON was born in 1823 in the Common Wealth of Virginia. Sarah Ann Elizabeth BARNETT and Henry Nimrod DALTON had the following children:

59 vii. Alfred DALTON was born in Mar 1879 in Coolville, Athens County, Ohio. He died on 9 Dec 1903 in Little Hocking, Washington County, Ohio. He died of small pox. He was buried in Little Hocking Cemetery, Washington County, Ohio.
