He retired in 1970 from Zanesville, Ohio at Armco Advanced Materials. He had almost 24 years of service with the steel maker. He died on 31 Dec 1992 in Bethesda Hospital, Zanesville, Muskingum County, Ohio. He was buried in Zanesville, Muskingum County, Ohio in the Woodlawn Cemetery. He belonged to the State Street Wesleyan Church in Zanesville, Ohio. Emma V. ALLENDER and Mack H. ROGERS had the following children:
