172. Mabel Maria KENNEDY was born on 24 Jan 1898 in Cutler, Fairfield Township, Washington County, Ohio. She died on 15 Apr 1980 in Zanesville, Muskingum County, Ohio. She was buried in Rockland, Belpre Township, Washington County, Ohio in the Rockland Cemetery. In her early life she lived on Barnett Ridge in Washington County, Ohio but moved to Decatur Township during her childhood. After her marriage to Emmett, she returned to Barnett Ridge where most of her life was spent. Here children were reared there. She was a devoted Sunday School teacher and member of the Willing Workers' Club. She and her husband later moved to Marietta, Ohio to be near her husband's place of employment, but in August of 1967 her health began to fail. After the death of her husband in 1975, she entered the nursing home in Zanesville, Ohio and resided there until her death.

She was married to Emmett Erville BARNETT (son of Ambrose Joseph "Brose" BARNETT and Amanda Jane STEPHENS) on 20 Jun 1918 in Washington County, Ohio. Emmett Erville BARNETT was born on 12 Jun 1896 in Barnett Ridge, Barlow Township, Washington County, Ohio. He died on 5 Nov 1975 in Marietta Memorial Hospital, Marietta, Washington County, Ohio. He was buried on 8 Nov 1975 in Rockland, Belpre Township, Washington County, Ohio in the Rockland Cemetery. He was an employee of Washington County, Ohio in Marietta, Marietta Township, Washington County, Ohio. Mabel Maria KENNEDY and Emmett Erville BARNETT had the following children:
