316 iii. Mary Letitia BARNETT was born on 19 Nov 1922 in Cambridge, Guernsey County, Ohio. She died on 10 Mar 1963 in Cambridge, Guernsey County, Ohio. CAMBRIDGE, OH - Guernsey County Coroner Dr. W.A. Larick ruled suicide in the death of Miss Mary L. Barnett, 40 of 601 S. 10th Street, Cambridge, who apparently shot herself in the head with a .22 caliber rifle in the basement of her home. She left no note. She served as a WAC in World War II and was employed at RCA plant at Cambridge. Besides her mother, Ida, with whom she lived, she was survived by one sister, Mrs. Emma Lucus and one brother, George, both of Xenia, Greene County, Ohio. She was buried on 13 Mar 1963 in Northwood Cemetery, Cambridge, Guernsey County, Ohio. She received undertaking services from Scott Funeral Home 1009 Steubenville Avenue, Cambridge, Ohio.
