She was married to Lt. Col Charles Fredrick WILSON Jr. Retired (son of Charles Fredrick WILSON Sr. and Gertrude Ellen CURTIS) in 1955. Lt. Col Charles Fredrick WILSON Jr. Retired was born on 5 Jun 1932 in Marietta, Marietta Township, Washington County, Ohio.

"MARIETTA NATIVE WAS PROMOTED TO RANK OF LT. COLONEL: Charles F. Wilson, a Marietta native was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, U.S. Army, in ceremonies held at the Defence Construction Supply Center (DCSC), Columbus, Ohio.

Wilson, was a recent Vietnam returnee, was the Chief of the Construction Division, Directorate of Supply operations, DCSC, a defence Supply Agency field activity which handled more than 780,000 supply items for the armed forces. The presentation was made by DCSC Commander, Major General E. M. Tally Jr. USAF. The new colonel is the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Wilson who lived at 807 Front Street, Marietta, Ohio.

He is a 1950 graduate of Marietta High School and received the B.S. Degree in education from Ohio University at Athens in 1954. Wilson, who has also severed in Okinawa and at several military installations in the United States was at the time of his promotion a 15-year Army veteran. He resided with his wife, Dorothy and their four children at 1530 Demorest Road, Columbus, Ohio" Dorothy ADAMS and Lt. Col Charles Fredrick WILSON Jr. Retired had the following children:
