THIRD GENERATION

3. Vitus KORNGIEBEL was born in 1572 in Obergeis, Kurfürstentum Hessen-Kassel. He was a Pastor (Pfarrer) in 1597 in Ausbach, Amt Schlenklengsfeld, Kurfurstentum Hessen-Kassel.
Later, in 1730 the church in Ausbach was rebuilt in baroque-manner with painted ceiling. (Später, 1730 wurde die Kirche in Ausbach umgebaut, in Barockmanier ausgemalte Tonnendecke.)
He was a Pastor (Pfarrer) on 5 Oct 1598 in Frauensee, Thüringen.
At this time Frauensee was part of Hessen-Kassel.
He died before 16 May 1607.
As Schoolmaster (Schulmeister),in 1594 he purchased the citizen's rights (Börgerrecht) in (Bad) Hersfeld.

He was married to Anna ?. Vitus KORNGIEBEL and Anna ? had the following children:

9 iii. Johannes KORNGIEBEL was born about 1603.
Probably in Frauensee
He was confirmed in 1616.
