Fritz Rothstein (son of Adolf Rothstein and Eugenie LeGrenzy) was born 1898 in St. Petersburg, Russia, and died 1914 in Graz, Austria.
Notes for Fritz Rothstein: Committed suicide According to Kthe Beutler:
The beginning was good, but the end was bad. My uncle Adolf Rothstein died at age forty eight of a streptococcus infection. His widow moved with the children first to Berlin and after a few years to Graz in Austria, where her whole family lived. When her son was sixteen, she finally discovered that for some time already her butler had introduced the boy to a bordello. Since she did not know what to do, she sent the boy to his uncle in Berlin, the younger brother of her late husband (Max Rothstein, RN86). This was her greatest mistake, because this uncle as well as his wife were neither willing nor able to help the boy. However, before going home, he stopped at Vienna and went there to a doctor because he was afraid he had caught syphilis. The doctor reassured him, but he did not believe the doctor. When he arrived home, he committed suicide.
