4894. Lewis Houston Fitch was born on 26 Nov 1864 in Bradford County, Pennsylvania. He died on 18 Aug 1903. He was probably born in Canton, PA, where his parents lived.
After Lewis married Ema, they moved west. He worked as a fireman on a steam engine, with the Sante Fe Railroad.
In1900 he owned a home at Second St., Needles, San Bernardino Co., CA.
He died in a boiler fire on the train at 6:15 PM, on 18 Aug 1903. He was living in Needles, San Bernardino Co., CA, at the time.

He was married to Ema J. Arnold on 25 Aug 1883. Ema J. Arnold was born on 14 May 1864 in Pennsylvania. She was born on 27 May 1865 in Pennsylvania. ⁽⁶²⁸⁾ She died on 10 Mar 1894 in Needles, San Bernardino County, California. She was buried on 11 Mar 1894 in Needles, San Bernardino County, California. She died at 10 A.M. on 10 March 1894, less than two weeks after giving birth to her second child, Earl in Needles, San Bernardino Co., CA. Her death was from complications related to an earlier case of blood poisoning. The newspaper said her mother died the same way. Lewis Houston Fitch and Ema J. Arnold had the following children:

He was married to Louis M. about 1896. Louis M. was born in May 1875 in Pennsylvania. She died after 1900.
