JUDITH of Normandy.310. ADELAIDE was born about 1030. She died before 1090. Countess of Aumale. According to the Complete Peerage, Vol XII, Pt. 1, Appendix K, p. 33-34, it is not certain that Herleve is Adelaide's mother.
II ENGUERRAND
(son of HUGH II of Ponthieu and BERTHA
of Aumale) died in 1053. Count of Ponthieu. He was excommunicated in October
1049 for incest. He was slain in 1053 at the siege of Arques. ADELAIDE and
