Barnard, was bo rn in Plymouth, Wisconsin, lived there until 1883, when he went
to Madison, Wisconsin, and ac cepted position as book-keeper for Senator James
Conklin. Married Annie Elizabeth O'Keefe, o f Madison, Wisconsin, March 8, 1886,
Rev. Father Luby officiating. Remained in Madison unti l the Fall of 1887, when
he and family moved to Los Angeles, and lived there until the presen t time.
He was married to Annie Elizabeth O'Keefe on 8 Mar 1886.
