20. J.L. Blakely. Nancy may have been married to J.L. Blakley. Per Bruce Evans she is said to have had Betty and John Blakley "illegal twins".

To date I have had no success finding a J.L. Blakely in Louisiana. I cannot find information on Nancy beyond the fact that she is the daughter of William Cloud. The State of Louisiana does not have a death certificate on John C. Clould.

21. Nancy J. Cloud. It is assumed that Nancy had John C. out of wedlock and that she married J.L. Blakley or Blakely. There is no evidence yet that Blakley is John C.'s father. Children were:
