on October 12, 1738 aboard the Snow Fox.

Moved to Rowan County, North Carolina by 1756. In 1754 Christopher
Booe was Constable. He purchased on July 10, 1757 land, 440 acres,
from John Peassenger & wife Magdelen next to David Jones tract of land
at Elisha Creek (Rowan County deed book 2 page 187).
The next legal transaction that we Christopher is involved in comes
from a book of Colonial Recods: Vol, VII page 521. It states that
before Superior court Rowan County, September 22, 1767 his magesty's
assistant Judge Edmond Fanning Esq. This day came into open court,
Christopher Randleman, Stoffel Booe (Christopher Booe), John Randleman
and John Hinline and were Naturalised according to law by taking the
oath appointed for that purpose and by subscribing and receiving the
test. ect. "I do believe in my conscience that there is not any
transabastantistion in the sacrament of the Lord's Supper or of the
elements of bread and wine at or after the consecration there or by
any person whatsoever ect.

He was granted, from the State 500 acers, on Elisha's Creek in the
Forks of the Yadkin in the 1700's.
