Georgina Hasteline Calloway (b. Abt. 1850, d. June 02, 1869)

Georgina Hasteline Calloway (daughter of Claborn Calloway and E. F. Unknown) was born Abt. 1850 in Crenshaw County, Ala, and died June 02, 1869. She married William Henry Heath on March 18, 1866 in Butler County, Ala, son of Emanuel Heath and Sarah Carroll.

Claborn Callowy joined Spring Hill Primitive Baptist Church, August 12, 1865. Sister E. F. Calloway, joined Spring Hill Church, Sunday, July 14, 1865.

Sister Sarah B. Calloway, Joined this church, October 14, 1865.

Brother C. Calloway and Sister E. F. and S. B. Calloway received letters of dismission from Spring Hill Church July 20, 1867. Sisters E. F. Calloway and S. B. Calloway rejoined this church by letter on November 7, 1869.

The Calloway family lived on a farm 2 miles northward from Spring Hill Church in Crenshaw County, Alabama, midway between the town of Brantley and Georgiana, and in the line between Dozier and Greenville, Alabama. At the time of the Church's constitution, April 28, 1865, it was in Butler County before the creation of Crenshaw County.

The Calloway palce was later owned by Jon Roger's and later owned by Daniel D. Cook, who married John Roger's daughter. Daniel cook was the brother of Matilda Cook who was the second wife of William Henry Heath.

It is believed that the Calloway name above were the family of Georgian Hastiline Calloway, the wife of William Henry Heath.

Claborn Calloway her father and Sister E. F. Calloway prpbably her mother.
A check of the U. S. Census of Butler County for 1960 or of Crenshaw County for 1870, should verify the connection if it existed at this time.
