! Per son Robert Alfred Bryant's marriage certificate dated 18 Aug 1867, Robert Bryant (father) was then deceased and the 1851 Census for Bridgwater shows Honor Bryant [n‚e Hill] as a widow He was married to Honor HILL on 21 Nov 1825 in St. James, Bath, SOM, ENG.

17. Honor HILL was born in 1802 in Wilton, SOM, ENG. She was christened on 21 Mar 1802 in Wilton, Taunton, SOM, ENG. She died about 1862 in Taunton, SOM, ENG. She was buried. Children were:

i. William BRYANT was born about 1827 in , SOM, ENG.
ii. Elizabeth BRYANT was born about 1829 in Bath, SOM, ENG.
iii. Sarah BRYANT was born on 27 Feb 1831 in Taunton, SOM, ENG. She died before 1841 in Taunton, SOM, ENG. She was christened. She was buried. ! Sarah does not appear on the 1841 UK Census, when she would have been 10 years old, indicating that she may have deceased at a young age.
iv. Mary BRYANT was christened on 16 Dec 1832 in Taunton, SOM, ENG. She died before 1841 in Taunton, SOM, ENG. She was born. She was buried. ! Mary does not appear on the 1841 UK Census, when she would have been 8 years old, wheras a sister is shown who is 5 months old. Therefore, it is assumed that she died as a child
v. Maria BRYANT was born on 8 Feb 1835 in Taunton, SOM, ENG.
vi. Anna BRYANT was born on 21 Jun 1837 in Taunton, SOM, ENG.
vii. Fanny BRYANT was born about 1839 in Taunton, SOM, ENG.
viii. Mary BRYANT was born about Jan 1841 in Taunton, SOM, ENG. ! Although Somerset County Records appear to indicate that she was born 16 DEC 1832, in the 1841 Census she was 5 months old. The other possibility is that there are 2 Marys with first having died in infancy.
