6. Robert WELBURN was born on 25 Mar 1882 in Loftus, YKS, ENG. He died on 5 Jan 1947 in Brownsburg, Argenteuil, QUE. He was buried in May 1947 in Rivington, Argenteuil, QUE. He was married to Jessie MCKANE on 25 Jul 1906 in Rivington, Argenteuil, QUE.

7. Jessie MCKANE was born on 22 Aug 1878 in Caledonia Springs, Prescott, ONT. She died on 3 Nov 1938 in Harrington West, Argenteuil, QUE. She was buried on 5 Nov 1938 in Rivington, Argenteuil, QUE. She was christened. !Sometimes spells surname as "McCain". Appears as McKane on birth certificate of Annie Christine Welburn. Information from Robert Welburn: Adopted by George Ward, Rivington who was also married to a sister of Jessie McKane's mother.[See following note!!!]

According to the 1891 Census for Harrington Twp. Argenteuil Co., a Jessie appears as a daughter of John & Mary Ward whereas she did not appear as such in the 1881 census. Children were:

child v. Clarence Douglas WELBURN was born on 20 May 1915 in Rivington, Argenteuil, QUE. He died in 1978 in Hull, QUE.
child vi. Robert John WELBURN was born on 9 Dec 1918 in Harrington West, Argenteuil, QUE. He died in 1998 in Grenville, QUE. !Married to Ella Cartwright WELBURN, 2nd cousin
child vii. Alma Priscilla WELBURN was born on 2 Sep 1921 in Rivington, Argenteuil, QUE. She died on 26 Mar 1922 in Rivington, Argenteuil, QUE. She was buried in Apr 1922 in Rivington, Argenteuil, QUE. ! Was approved for sealing to parents by Salt Lake but data was lost in Sydney. Name re-submitted 3 Aug 1990 on Family Group Record in order to have parents sealed at same time.
