Elizabeth Ellen MCKAY⁽²⁾ was buried in Buckton Cemetary, Virginia.⁽⁶⁾ The McKays were one of the first sixteen families to settle in the Shenandoah Valley, Moving from Pennsylvania with the famous Joist Hite party in 1732.
