She was born November 27, 1891 in Mountain Home, Baxter Co, AR, and died August 12, 1982 in Hemet, Riverside Co, CA.

About 5' 10" tall, blue eyes, dark brown hair which thinned in later years, medium complexion, put on weight in later years. He enjoyed his family; was gentle and soft spoken; had a good singing voice and sang in the Baptist church choir in Romance, Arkansas as a child; member of the Odd Fellows Lodge in mountain Home, Arkansas; was an ardent bible student; enjoyed playing card games and fishing. He was known as Edward.

Notes for MAUDE MAY WALKER:
About 5' 4" tall and remained slender all her life, dark brown eyes, dark brown hair, medium complexion. She liked to grow flowers; was a good seamstress and spent much time with her crochet projects; a member of the Baptist Church and the Rebecca's while her husband was a member of the Odd Fellows Lodge. When the lodge had a special occasion, she took her special coconut cakes. She was a quiet person in her actions and did not talk much; was distant with people which could have been a shyness; she laughed little; her smile was like the Mona Lisa. Both Joseph Edward and Maude May are buried in the San Jacinto Valley Cemetery in Hemet, California.
