113. Joseph Louis Clawson Jr. was born on Dec 31 1932 in Shreveport, LA. He died on Aug 25 1997 in Tampa, FL. Joseph found out just a few short months before his death that he had lung cancer which had spread to the brain, resulting in three brain tumors. He spent the last three months of his life in the James A. Haley VA hospital in Tampa, Florida. His children had been estranged from him but had the chance to all visit him just before death and reunite. During the last months of his life he came to know Christ as his savior. He was sorry for the things that had happened in the past. He was cremated and the last known place of his ashes were with his ex-wife Diana in Tampa. He had Social Security Number 265-42-8994. He was married to Doris Ann Houghton (daughter of Harry Allan Houghton Sr. and Dorothy Elizabeth Means) on Dec 21 1954 in Cleveland, Ohio. Doris Ann Houghton was born on Apr 16 1936 in Lakewood, Ohio. She was baptized in 1980 in Grace Baptist Church, Miami, Florida. She died on Apr 20 1999 in Miami, Florida. Doris passed away at South Miami Hospital in Miami, Florida at 3:55 a.m. She never fully recovered from a near death bleeding accident that happened in August of 1998 when she awoke in the evening to find a vein in her leg had begun bleeding. She was on blood thinners for her heart, and the bleeding was unable to be controlled. She was released from the hospital in November of 1998, having been there since August and her health continued to decline until she willed herself to her final sleep after the confirmation that she had end stage pulmonary hypertension.

She was cremated on Apr 26 1999 in Miami, Florida. After cremation, Doris's remains were taken to Naples Beach, Florida by her children and grandchildren.
