iii. Provided SOUTHWICK was born in 1635 in salem, essex, ma. She died in 1640. She was sealed to parents on 12 Jan 1960 in the Arizona LDS temple. She was baptised into the LDS church. She was endowed.
iv. Daniel SOUTHWICK was born in 1635 in salem, essex, ma. He died in 1719. He was baptised into the LDS church on 13 Feb 1928. He was endowed on 15 May 1929. He was sealed to parents on 12 Jan 1960 in the Arizona LDS temple.
