1822. Michel CHAUVIN dit Sainte-Suzanne @ was baptised on 14 Jan 1612 in Ste-Suzanne, France. He was married to Anne ARCHAMBAULT @ on 27 Jul 1647 in N.-D.-de-Quebec, Quebec, P.Quebec. He had a marriage annulled on 8 Oct 1650 in notary Jean de Saint-Pere.

1823. Anne ARCHAMBAULT @ was born in 1631. She died on 29 Jul 1699 in Montreal, P.Quebec. <From "Our French Canadian-Ancestors" by Thomas J. Laforest. vol.19 pg.30>

Anne Archambault was married to Michel Chauvin with whom she had two children born at Montreal. While passing through France in 1650, Louis Prudhomme learned that Michel Chauvin's lawful wife was living in poverty at Sainte-Suzanne. On 8 October 1650, in the presence of Paul de Chomedey, according to the notes of notary Jean de Saint-Pere, Chauvin admitted his mistake. And the bigabous bird was returned to France. Jean Gervaise, master baker, took Anne Archambault for his wife, on 3 February 1654. Children were:
