He died on Mar 29 1979 in HARPER HOSPITAL DETROIT, MI. ANGELO ARRIVED NEW YORK ON JULY 7, 1920 ABOARD TH S.S. MADONNA WHICH SAILED FROM PALERMO, ITALY. HE WAS FROM THE TOWN OF TERRASINI.

DURING THE DEPRESSION HE WAS WITHOUT WORK. A FRIEND, ISADOR SCHIFANO, TOLD HIM THAT FORD MOTOR HAD CALLED HIM TO GO WORK BUT HE ALREADY HAD A JOB. HE TOLD ANGELO TO GO TO FORD UNDER HIS NAME AND TAKE THE JOB. ANGELO WENT TO FORD AND GOT HIRED UNDER ISADOR'S NAME. HE WORKED THERE FOR A FEW YEARS UNDER THE ALIAS AND THEN GOT IT CORRECTED WITH THE HELP OF THE UNION. HE WORKED AT THE DEARBORN ASSEMBLY PLANT FOR OVER 30 YEARS. HE WAS ALWAYS GRATEFUL THAT DURING THOSE CRITICAL YEARS HE WAS ABLE TO SUPPORT HIS FAMILY BY WORKING AT FORD.
