I am looking for any information regarding the Decorte and Saelen family. Both families originated in Belgium and the regions where I have most of my information are around Gits, Roeslaire and Oostnewkirk. On the Decorte side I am looking for any info regarding a Frans Decorte and his wife Maria or Martha Vermeulen. The years that I am most interested in are the early 1800's on back. The Saelen side I am looking for information regarding the descendents of a Jacobus Saelen and his wife Godelieve D'Hooghe. The years are from the 1740's on down. If you have any of this information I would be gratefull if you would share it with me as I am a descendent of both the Decorte and the Saelen family.
