Includes NotesNotes for Theodore (Robert) Moritz:
My dad, was a jack of all trades and a master of most. He worked on the farm, entered the army during WW II. He was discharged in Oct. 1945 after serving 3 years and 8 month in the European theatre. He worked on the farm again until they moved to Ravenna. After they moved to Ravenna he worked on the Union Pacific Railroad as a steel bridgeman. From time to time he worked as a mechanic at the Fox Chey dealership. His love of fixing kept him busy repair his own cars and those friends who stopped by. His hobby was having a motor cycle. He at one time owned an Indian motorcycle. Later in life he road a Harley Davidson. He road this to work while on the railroad. Bob loved his family first, his country, and to talk, and talk, and talk. Bob loved life. He raised Lucille's son, Larry as his own son. I feel so incrediably luck to have had a true family that didn't make distinstictions between steps- and- Real. Dad was a good honest man.[Dianna's Family Tree.FBC.FTW]
