Includes NotesNotes for Lucille Ethel Jennings:
Lucille was a very kind hearted person. As a young woman, Lucille took care of many new mothers, and, cared for sick people. Lucille and her sister, Mable could have been nurses. They had great inner strength to take care of others no matter what presented itself.
My brother, Jim was burned very badly by gas while working at a gas station. Mother cared for him in our home. She took care of her Dad after he was released from the University Hospital, Omaha having had his voice box removed. It was hard to view as one there, let alone care for the dressing and needs.
Mother gave care to my Dad, Bob, many times in her life when he needed nursing care. She had the patience of Job, and the love and caring that anyone needed.
To this day, I know that if Mom was around, I always would feel better.

My daughter Tracy is a nurse at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lincoln, NE. She works in the burn unit. It is hard work, great stress, and needs to draw the understanding and care that I know that my Mother could also have provided.

Mom moved heaven and earth to help people.[Dianna's Family Tree.FBC.FTW]
