TENTH GENERATION

648. William Stewart has reference number AUD21952. Iam researching William Stewart who lived in Amelia County, Virginia. in the 1700's. William had the following sons: Nathaniel, John, Edward, and Joseph, all born abt. 1750-1772. Supposedly, William died living the boys for orphans . The boys later appeared in and around Henry and Patrick County Virginia. and Surry County N.C. Edward left the area for S.C with wife Mary Ford around 1790's. Joseph married Margaret Dean and lived in Carroll County and Grayson County Virginia.The boys were adopted by a relative John Stewart of Stewarts' Creek Virginia. and N.C John was married to Rachel. John was born abt. 1736 and died in 1806 in Surry County N.C Any help unraveling this mystery will be appreciated. Teresa Stuart de Rios, El Salvador.
