OGDEN - ANDERSON--June 22 by Rev. A. Ostrander, Sylvanus G. Ogden and Alice G. Anderson, both of Middletown.
Sylvanus G. Ogden, a popular young gentleman, a well known member of Phoenix Engine Co., who is employed the Wheeler, Madden & Clemson Co., and Miss Alice G. Anderson, daughter of Mrs. Mary Anderson, who resided on North street, were married last evening by Rev. A. Ostrander, at his residence. The bridal party were accompanied by two of their friends and after the ceremony repaired to the place where they will go to housekeeping. The PRESS extends congratulations.

OGDEN--Entered into rest August 9, in this city, Alice G. Ogden, wife of Sylvanus G. Ogden, aged 45 years, 7 months, 14 days.
Funeral services will be held at St. Paul's M. E. Church Thursday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock.
Interment in family plot Hillside Cemetery.
Alice G., wife of Sylvanus G. Ogden, who conducts a grocery store on Wickham avenue, near the O. & W. depot, died about 4 o'clock Tuesday afternoon after a brief illness, in the forty-sixth year of her age.
Mrs. Ogden was born at Bloominburg, being a daughter of John and Mary Anderson. She removed to this city with her parents when quite young and has since resided here.
She is survived by her husband and one son, Sylvanus G., Jr. Her next nearest surviving relative is an uncle, John B. Williams, a carpenter, of this city.
Deceased was a member of St. Paul's M. E. Church, at which she was a regular attendant.
