John F. Chambless was killed on the streets of Hugo Oklahoma. John and had an argument with a store owner the previous Days (3m Stores). John was renting one of the 3M store buildings for his personal use. John had slapped the 3 M store owner during the argument. The 3M store owner was a small guy and used a cane when walking. The day following the argument, john and his wife Claudia was Coming into town. As John got out of the wagon the store owner shoot him on the street.
