Notes for Gary Lee Ellis:
On Sunday, 2 June, 2002 Gary went to Norman Regional Hospital, Norman, OK. He was having chest pains and throbing pain in his left arm. The Hospital put him on a heart monitor and ran an EKG, results were negative. They kept him over night for observation. On Monday morning after Gary had breakfast he had a heartattack, while still at the hospital. The heart surgeon tried angioplasty but it did not work. They next did a triple by-pass. Gary came out of surgery Monday afternoon and remained in ICU until Saturday, 8 June, due to him being placed on a heart monitor. On Satuday afternoon Gary was finally moved out of ICU into a private room on the third floor, room 3216.
