8. Knud LARSEN* Kanafetmyren(Myro) (3) was born about 1803 in Aal, BUSKERUD, NOR. He was christened on 23 Jan 1803 in Aal, BUSKERUD, NOR. He died about 1847 in Aal, BUSKERUD, NOR. Knud Larson Kanafetmyren (myro) / Lokensgard died of tuberculosis when his son, Lars, was four years old. He married Birgit Olsdatter Rime in Aal Stavechurch. Knud was then 32 years old and Birgit was 27. Tollef Larsen Opsata and Erik Ellingsen Loken, both from Aal, were witnesses to the marriage. The marriage was reported by Arne Olsen Bergsgard, of Aal. Knud bought the little farm, Kanafetyren in 1834 and he sold it in 1846. He moved from Aal to Nes on 6 Dec 1847. He was married to Bergit OLSDATTER* Rime on 17 Mar 1835 in Aal, BUSKERUD, NOR.

9. Bergit OLSDATTER* Rime(2) was born on 19 Dec 1804 in Aal, HALLINGDAL, NOR. She was christened on 16 Sep 1807 in Aal, HALLINGDAL, NOR. She died on 29 May 1888. Bergit Oldsdatter Larson Rime came to the USA with her daughter, Guri, in 1871. She lived with her son, Lars, for several years after his marriage. He built a cabin for her and his daughter, Bertha, stayed with her until she was six years old. Bergit then moved to live with her daughters, Mrs. Gunvor Helgeson and Mrs. Guri (Hanson) Sorum. Children were:

child i. Guri KNUDSON(2) (4) was born on 19 Mar 1835 in Kanafetmyren Farm, NOR. She was christened on 19 Apr 1835 in NORWAY. She appeared on the census in 1880 in Oak Lake, BECKER, MN. Page 115 Andrew and Guri Knudsdatters Hanson Sorum lived next door to Lars and Olianne Knudson in Audubon, MN.
child ii. Guri KNUDSON(5) was born on 28 Feb 1839 in Kanafetmyren Farm, NOR. She was christened on 31 Mar 1839 in Aal, BUSKERUD, NOR. She appeared on the census in 1880 in Martel, PIERCE, WI.

child iv. Gunvor KNUDSON(5) (4) was born on 26 Feb 1846 in Kanafetmyren Farm, NOR. She was christened on 12 Apr 1846 in Aal, BUSKERUD, NOR. She appeared on the census in 1880 in Oak Lake, BECKER, MN.
