24. Samuel T Jefferson HARRIS* was born about 1813 in KY. He resided KENTUCKY between 1813 and 1837. He was a Farmer between 1835 and 1896. He resided ANDREWS CO., MO between 1837 and 1896. He died on 27 Jul 1896 in ANDREWS, MO. He was also known as Samuel T J HARRIS. Samuel T Jefferson's father was born in Kentucky and his mother was born in North Carolina.(1880 Monroe Twp, Andrew Co., MO census). He was married to Unknown (HARRIS)* before 1837 in KY.

25. Unknown (HARRIS)*. Children were:

i. Jesse V HARRIS was born about 1837 in KY. He resided Rochester TWP, ANDREW, MO in 1850. He died before 1896. Jesse, John and James were half brothers of Morgan, Theodore, etc. according to the will of Vernon Harris.
ii. John W HARRIS was born about 1839 in MO. He resided Rochester Twp, ANDREW, MO in 1860. He resided Buchanon Co, MO in 1896. He resided Buchanon Co., MO in May 1909. He died. According to Jefferson's will, he willed 30 acres of land in Andrews County to John W. and James W. He also willed $50 to his son, Jesse V. However, by the time Jefferson died in 1896, James and Jesse were also deceased. The estate paid the $50 to Jesse's three children (Perry would not accept his), but did part of the thirty acres go to James' children?

John was still living on May of 1909 according to the will of half brother, Vernon Harris.
