10. Engebret JOHANNSEN* Balkeie/Overnengen was born on 10 Nov 1819 in OSTRE TOTEN, OPPLAND, NORWAY. He died on 11 Mar 1857 in OVERNENGEN, OSTRE TOTEN, OPPLAND, NORWAY. He was married to Maren OLSDATTER* Braaten on 16 Feb 1843 in SOR-AURDAL, OPPLAND, NORWAY.

11. Maren OLSDATTER* Braaten⁽⁶⁾⁽²⁾ was born in 1814 in VALDRES, OPPLAND, NORWAY. She died about 1880 in NORWAY. Maren Olsdatter Ulsrud was the name on Maren's marriage record when she married Engebret Johannsen. When Olianne was born, she is listed as Mari Olsdatter in the Ostre Toten Parish Records, 1848-1856, page 357, No. 186. Family history states that Ane Braaten, Mari's mother, died when Mari was 7 years old. Her father remarried and produced three boys and two girls.

Newspaper article on Lars Knudson's 90th birthday states that Olianne's parents were Engebret Johanson and Mary Engen. Children were:

i. Inger Marie ENGEBRETSDATTER BRAATEN⁽²⁾ was born on 3 May 1843 in OSTRE TOTEN, OPPLAND, NORWAY. She was christened on 16 Jul 1856 in OSTRE TOTEN, OPPLAND, NORWAY. She died before 1880 in MINNESOTA. Inger Marie came to the USA with her husband, Jacob Fagerlie, their son, Ole, and Inger's sister, Olianne, in 1870. They came through Quebec, Canada. The Fagerlie's bought land in Audubon Twp., Becker, MN and lived their until Inger's death from Tuberculosis in 1873.
