132. Thomas (George?) Frazier (47) (154)(156) was born in Inverness, Scotland.(91) (153) Thomas Frazier Sr., immigrated from Inverness, Scotland to Pennsylvania ca 1746 with his two brothers. After his marriage to Mary Pugh they lived around the present day York County, Pennsylvania. To this marriage was born Samuel Frazier. Thomas and Mary along with her parents came to the Hillsboro district of Orange County, North Carolina, on Sandy Creek in the year of 1750. This is the present day Randolph County, Columbia Township.

child i. Samuel Frazier(154) (227) was born on 10 Apr 1749 in Pennsylvania. (228)(153) He died on 10 Apr 1839 in Rhea Co., Tennessee.(228) Was born in Pennsylvania and was brought with his family, to Orange County, North Carolina (presently Randolph County) in 1750.

He served in the Revolutionary War at the battle of Kings Mountain and Guilford Court House (He was a Quaker)

Samuel had land grants in Guilford County after the Revolutionary War.

Moved to Tennessee around 1794

He had a land grant on Baufflo (?) Creek and Sandy Creek.

George Frazier Sr. was a soldier in the Revolutionary War and was at the battle of Cowpens and Guilford Court-House.

Many of Thomas and Sarah Frazier's children went on to Indiana and Iowa and probably joined some North Carolina uncles and cousins there.

Phil Barnes at the time of his compiling the FGS states: "Identification of this John Frazier as the John Frazier who was son of George/Thomas is highly circumstantial and not proved -- possible, perhaps probable."

child vii. Isaac Frazier(89) (154)(153) was born on 19 Jan 1763 in Guilford Co., North Carolina.(241) He died on 23 Jan 1846 in Sugar Plain MM, Boone Co., Indiana. (156) Isaac Frazier was a blacksmith and a distiller in North Carolina. He left North Carolina with his children after his wife died, about 1828, and lived with his brother Francis in Indiana where he went blind and lived there until his death. Most of his grandchildren later moved into Iowa.
