1669 Sailed from Southhampton, England on the ship Glasglow to Barbados in the
West Indies with his children. His wife was not mentioned in records.
1670 Sailed on to Charlestown, South Carolina and finally to Virginia.
1702 Died in Nansemond County, Virginia
Zachariah Moorman was a Captain in the English Army, then a Quaker and armigerous.

Candler of Callan Castle at Belfast, Ireland. Some sources state he was a Lieutenant
but all agreed he fought in Cromwell's Army.

1744 10 Sep, Chosen as an overseer of the Caroline Meeting of Quakers at Golansville.
He also served as Justice of the Peace.
1754 Charged by the Friends to make a mission to their members living in the
mountains in order to inquire as to whether they desired to continue with their
own meetings there.
1755 24 May, Wrote will.
1757 24 May, Will recorded in Louisa County (Probate Rec Will Bk I pg 35-6),
VA. Will named wife Elizabeth, sons Thomas, Charles and Achilles and daughters
Judith wife of John Douglas and Ann wife of Thomas Martin.
1761 9 Jan, Widow wrote her will and named the same children as his will.
1765 11 May, Widow's will proven (probate rec will bk I pg 68) in Louisa County,
