SECOND GENERATION

4. John COMEE ⁽¹⁾ was born on 18 Oct 1665 in Woburn, Middlesex, Massachusetts. He was one of the early settlers of the precinct of Cambridge Farms at the organization in 1693. He was taxed in the minister's rate for that year, and also for the purchase of the ministerial land. In 1697 he was one of a committee to look after that land and was in 1711 a subscriber to pay for the land purchased for a common.

He was married to Martha MONROE (daughter of William MONROE and Martha GEORGE) on 27 Mar 1730. Martha MONROE ⁽¹⁾ was born on 2 Nov 1667 in Lexington, Middlesex, Massachusetts. She died on 27 Mar 1730. John COMEE and Martha MONROE had the following children:

19 ii. John COMEE⁽¹⁾ was born on 8 Apr 1686. He was christened on 26 Feb 1698/99 in Lexington, Middlesex, Massachusetts.
+20 iii. David COMEE.
21 iv. Hannah COMEE⁽¹⁾ was born about Feb 1698/99. She was christened on 26 Feb 1698/99. She died on 26 May 1770 in Lexington, Middlesex, Massachusetts.

23 vi. Elizabeth COMEE⁽¹⁾ was born on 29 Jan 1701.
