85. Benjamin COMEE MAJOR ⁽¹⁾ was born on 3 Jul 1765 in Lexington, Middlesex, Massachusetts. He was christened on 7 Jul 1765 in Lexington, Middlesex, Massachusetts. He died on 11 Oct 1842 in Lexington, Middlesex, Massachusetts. Benjamin was a trader and cordwainer. He served in the Foxboro Militia as a sergeant in 1797. He served on the town council for several years. One position he was chosen for was as the "Sealer of Leather" from 1792-1793. In 1794 he was selected as one of the Surveyors of Highways.

He was married to Ruth (RUTHE) TROW on 24 Mar 1785 in FOXBOROUGH, NORFOLK, MASSACHUSETTS. Ruth (RUTHE) TROW⁽¹⁾ died on 5 Mar 1840. Benjamin COMEE MAJOR and Ruth (RUTHE) TROW had the following children:
