254. Albert COMEY ⁽¹⁾ was born on 3 Aug 1808 in Hopkinton, Middlesex, Massachusetts. He died on 28 Jan 1886 in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. He traveled to Texas in 1839 but because this territory was still unsettled he and others were forced by the indians to flee into the wilderness. He lost everything he had at the time. He later returned to New England only to find that his wife had died and his children were sent to different families. He went ot California to look for gold in 1850. He stayed there for five years and went to Rhode Island from there.

He was married to Celinda BARTON on 3 Aug 1831 in MEDWAY, NORFOLK, MASSACHUSETTS. Celinda BARTON ⁽¹⁾ died on 8 Apr 1840. Albert COMEY and Celinda BARTON had the following children:
