Dec. 18,1822, Hannah, Wid. of David Flanders Jr.., quit claim to land in Plainstow to Timothy Flanders; this land bordered easterly on the land of Thomas, Benjamin, and Francis Flanders.

He was married to Lydia Dustin Chase (daughter of Moses Chase and Abigail Little) on Apr 8 1826 in Haverhill, Ma.in the County of Essex est. 1643. Lydia Dustin Chase was born on May 15 1807 in Haverhill, Ma.in the County of Essex est. 1643. She died in Mar 1865. Timothy Flanders + and Lydia Dustin Chase had the following children:
