Oct 8 1754. The muster roll found in Vol. 22 of the North Carolina State Records
lists a Jeremiah Frazier in Col. William Eaton's militia regiment. The roll was
recorded on Oct 8 1754 and Jeremiah is shown in Capt. John Sallis's Company.
He was in 1803 in Granville County, NC. Gave his Son John ...one Negro fellow
named London (BOS -1803, p.128, book R.
Gave his son Howel..one Negro man names Pleasant (BOS-1803, p.130, book R. He
signed a will on May 4 1809 in Granville County, NC.

Know all men by their presence that I Jeremiah Frazier of the County of Granville
and State of North Carolina for ??? in consideration of two hundred and thirty
five pounds which I have hereby acknowledge to have received I have sold and
delivered into my youngest son Howel Fraizer of the County and State above mentioned.
First I give and deliver unto the said Howel Fraizer all my stock of horses,
with all my household goods and moveable effects ?? likewise all my stock of
hogs sheep and every othe kind of property belonging unto me the said Jeremiah
Fraizer with all the increase arising from the time therefrom, except my stock
of the same Cattle likewise I said Jeremiah Fraizer my heirs and (unreadable)
do warrent and defend the said property above mentioned to the said Howel Fraizer
by heirs and Afrigns to be clear and free from any claim or claims from any person
or persons whatever, tho the said property is to remain and continue in the possesion
and in the eye and service of the said Jeremiah Fraizer until his death and at
his death all the said property above mentioned and it's future increase arising
from this time to belong to his wife Fathy Fraizer induring her natural life
or widowhood and at her death the same to belong to the said Howel Fraizer his
heirs executors or Afrigns for ever.
In witnes whereunto I the said Jeremiah Fraizer hath put my hand and seal this
the 4th of May 1809.
