He was married to Elizabeth BLACKWELL (daughter of Pomphret BLACKWELL and Rebecca STOVALL) on Dec 12 1820 in Granville County, NC. Elizabeth BLACKWELL was born in 1808.⁽²⁾ AN ELIZABETH BLACKWELL WAS MARRIED TO A JAMES CURRIN ON SEP 22 1846. Epherium Clarence FRAZIER and Elizabeth BLACKWELL had the following children:

148 i. William FRAZIER was born in 1824.
149 ii. Stephen FRAZIER was born before Jun 25 1825 in Granville County, NC. He served in the military between 1861 and 1863 in CSA. Company K. 55th North Carolina
He was buried in 1863 in Courtland, Southhampton , VA. Buried at the Courtland Baptist Church, Main Street, Courtland, VA. He died on Jun 25 1863 in Jeruslam, VA. Died of Typhoid fever. Soldier in Civil War.
