Notes for Charles Brady: St Benet Fink Church, earliest reference is 1216 built by Robert Finke, repaired in 1633, destroyed in the Great Fire rebuilt by Chrisopher Wren completed in 1676 at a cost of over 4 thousand pounds. In 1842 it was demolished to make way for the new Royal Exchange. With the proceeds of the sale a new church was built in Tottenham.
