Doris Hazel Clark (daughter of Alexander Davidson Clark and Ivy Irene Martin) was born October 24, 1915 in Lily Plain, Saskatchewan, Canada, and died June 24, 2004 in Comox, British Columbia, Canada. She married David Thomas Potter.

POTTER - Doris Hazel (Clark), aged 88, passed away peacefully at St. Josephus Hospital ECU i n Comox on 24 June 2004. She was born in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan 24 October 1915 and wa s raised and lived in the Lily Plain/ Prince Albert area for most of her life. She is survive d by two brothers; Harold (Maxine) Clark of Victoria, British Columbia, Ronald ( Emma) Clar k of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan and one sister Vera (Wally) Clarke of Victoria, British Colu mbia. She was predeceased by one sister Florence ( Joseph) of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan an d her parents Alex and Ivy Clark of Lily Plain, Saskatchewan. She will be lovingly missed b y her husband David: two sons; Lloyd (Evelyn) of Christopher Lake , Saskatchewan and Thomas ( Sylvia) of Comox, British Columbia; three grand children and four great grandchildren.
A loving mother, homemaker and wife for 65 years.
A family memorial service will be held in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan in July. In lieu of flo wers donations to St. Josephs Hospital or your favourite charity would be appreciated.
